Releasing the Shoulders

How we move throughout the day and carry ourselves can either create havoc on our body or allow us to move with ease just by the simple movement of correcting your posture.

However, when we fall down the rabbit hole in our desk space we end up rolling our shoulders in and tensing up as we complete our tasks for the day with grim determination. This can cause all sorts of unease in our range of motion and how we carry ourselves throughout the day.

In this simple homemade video with my trusty I-phone and imperfect hair I guide you through a short practice that will assist in releasing tension in your shoulders and help to replenish your well leaving you feeling a little more relaxed throughout the day.
