Sometimes in life we push so hard on ourselves and others that we forget the fundamental core of our true being. In our own creation of certain expectations, deadlines, truths, and a myriad of other things that takes us away from the holistic connection to ourselves.
We can regroup to find that acceptance and embrace that love through our own yoga practice by connecting our mind, body, and spirit together. It is through this that we create an expansion to heal and grow into our true being.
The nature that surrounds us is of immense beauty when we look for it just as we embrace that gentle love that is within ourselves. It without that love and embracement of our own spirit that holds us back from the acceptance of who we are and others.
Deepak Chopra points out, “Nature is held together by the energy of love, and least effort is expanded when your actions are motivated by love. When your soul is your internal reference point, you can harness the power of love and use the energy creatively for healing, transformation, and evolution.”
It is through this evolution that you create the path of least resistance by living a life that allows for you to heal, release resentments, and accept that in your defenselessness that your safety lies in leading to accepting the inherent beauty of your true nature.
