Take Pause with the 4-7-8 Breath

The 4-7-8 breath is one of my favorite breathing techniques when feeling stressed, frustrated, or over whelmed. I know during  the holiday season we can begin to feel it even more when our to-do lists are longer and we not getting the restorative downtime we need to replenish our spirit.

I am sharing this simple technique with you so you can find that pause and regain that clarity during the busy holiday season.
