Take 15 Just for You!

The Holiday season has arrived with a season full of Merry Cheer and good times with all of the special people in our life. It also brings with it added stressors to our daily routine. I know many of us are caught in the chaos of Christmas shopping, holiday baking, and decorating. All of that pressure can create more tension, stress, and anxiety.

This is a simple yet effective gentle yoga sequence that is perfect for those moments when you just need fifteen minutes for you. It provides gentle stretches across the shoulders and into the hips to help alleviate a little of that holiday stress.
